For anyone contemplating selling any land in the near future now could be the right time as demand is red hot. Historically low inventory or available farms for sale coupled with very low interest rates make this a seller market for sure. Our inventory of farms for sale is the lowest ever in the last 25 years. Keep in mind we sell residential and commercial but specialize in farms and land.
