Feel free to to contact any of our agents for more information on farm and land values as they fluctuate with the ever changing commodity price changes. Commodity prices are one of the primary determining factors when it comes to the value of farm ground. General economic conditions as well as interest rates are contributing influences but the value of production is key. It is a primary justification for the price farmers will pay for land as well as for cash rent on investor owned ground.
